EQUUS International Pony Play Event will open at 1:30 PM Friday August 12th.
Check-in time at the Airtel Plaza Hotel is 3 PM.
Check-out time at the Airtel Plaza Hotel is 12:00 Noon.
You may reserve an EQUUS IPPE special rate guest room in THE TOWER. This is the newer part of hotel. The Tower is also the part of the hotel where our Ballrooms are on the first floor. You may walk from your room in The Tower to the Ballroom in Pony Play attire (PG rated, no showing of pink bits).
A Traditional guest room with one King bed or a Traditional guest room with two Queen Beds will be $119.00 per night plus tax (currently that is 15.50%) for EQUUS IPPE. You must call directly to the Airtel Plaza Hotel in Van Nuys for your reservation and state “I am with the EQUUS International Pony Play Event, August 12 – 14, 2016. I have a special group rate with EQUUS International Pony Play Event. My guest room should be in The Tower.” Reservations: 818.997.7676.
They will charge the first night occupancy rate when you make a reservation. All guest rooms are NON-SMOKING. There IS complimentary Wifi in all guest rooms.
Individual cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee equal to one night’s room & Tax.
ADDITIONAL FEES:
Extra person charge (over two people per room) $20.00 per day.
Rollaway fee is $20.00 per roll away per day; available only for suites and King bedded rooms.
Refrigerators are available per request at $20 PER DAY, based on availability.
Discounted secured parking is $10.00 per day.
An American Buffet Breakfast coupon is available at the rate of $15.00 inclusive per coupon per person. The menu is: Scrambled and hard boiled eggs, bacon, potatoes, fresh fruit, oatmeal, cucumbers, tomatoes, yogurt, assorted cereals, breads, coffee, tea, and orange juice.

While dressed in Pony Play attire (PG rated, no showing of pink bits) you may walk from your hotel guest room in THE TOWER to the Gulfstream Ballrooms only.
Proper attire is required in the Airtel Plaza Hotel public areas.
